Biolink Program Officer

The Role
As the Biolink Program Officer, you’ll provide high-level administrative, program and operational support to the Executive Team, Regional Managers and Coordinators, enabling efficient leadership, governance, and cross-team coordination. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth internal operations, supporting program delivery activities, and providing executive-level project and background support aligned with organisational priorities.
The role is offered full-time (part-time considered). The role is fully remote with regular travel to Melbourne and/or other regional areas.
About you
Experience working in natural resource management, environmental management, agriculture, community engagement, administration and a relevant diploma or degree qualification or significant relevant experience.
Strong administrative skills and experience compiling information, reports and materials.
Good understanding of document management systems (Google workspace or sharepoint) and CRMs.
High level interpersonal, engagement and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
Good written and oral communication skills including the ability to prepare clear succinct correspondence and reports with attention to detail.
Working remotely you will need to have strong self discipline, good problem solving skills and ability take initiative on tasks seeing them through to delivery,
Demonstrated ability to contribute to a positive, inclusive organisation culture.
Passion for conservation and nature protection
Current drivers licence.
